We rest now, in the seasonal transition from summer to autumn here in the Western hemisphere (northern hemisphere springs out of winter). The note posted below describes the essence of this morning’s palpable-pivotal viewing point.
Nestled in the eclipse mid-point this Equinox opening is ripe with the fire of Libra’s opposite sign, Aries. Fire signs burn in the heart of potential. One spark, one ember has the possibility of intensifying into a bonfire.
Fire people are spontaneous, impulsive, fueled by a sense of specialness—a special destiny they are here to fulfill. Yet this equinox is the transition between Virgo and Libra. Libra an air sign.
Air signs can be flighty, ungrounded, idealistic and/or intellectualized—to much in the head. The Grand Trine in Earth we have been riding in, has brought groundedness and essential practicality to what was birthed by our passions in the summer. Offering a foundational point, to lift off from into the social realms, i.e., all things Libra.
Libra can get unbalanced by giving too much to others, giving too much power away, daydreaming about what others think about them. The art of this year’s Solar ingress in Libra is to dance from the fulcrum-eclipse mid-point. It’s a culmination of sorts, an equalizing of past and future. An invitation to rest into now, the power of Now.
The dance of opposites (Libra/Aries) offers the opportunity to lean into the other side of the incline-slope board play of Self and Other(s).
Happy Equinox All
